Terms & Conditions for Calm Before the Camera™
Last Updated: November 2025
Welcome to Calm: Before the Camera™ (the “Program”). By enrolling, accessing course material, or interacting with any part of this experience, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the expectations, rights, and protections for both of us.
1. Program Overview
Calm Before the Camera™ is a proprietary virtual learning experience designed to support confidence, emotional grounding, and ease during photography sessions. The Program includes videos, guides, worksheets, audio recordings, visual materials, and any future updates or enhancements.
2. All Sales Are Final
Because this is an instant-access digital product containing downloadable materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No exceptions will be made for change of heart, unused access, scheduling conflicts, or perceived results.
3. Personal Information & Privacy
3.1 No Selling of Personal Data
I do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
3.2 How Your Information Is Used
Your name, email, and any information you voluntarily provide are used solely for:
-
granting you access to the Program
-
sending you program-related updates
-
offering optional future opportunities that may support your learning journey
3.3 Course Analytics
The course platform may collect anonymous usage data — such as completion percentages, time spent in modules, or engagement patterns.
These statistics help improve the Program and may be used for future marketing in aggregate form only (e.g., “82% of participants completed Module 3”).
No individual’s identity or activity will ever be publicly revealed.
4. Intellectual Property
Everything within Calm Before the Camera™ — including videos, lessons, written content, scripts, graphics, audios, worksheets, designs, and the printed affirmation deck bonus — is intellectual property owned by SpiderMeka Portraits, LLC.
By enrolling, you agree that you will not:
-

Any emotional guidance offered is intended for self-reflection and nervous system awareness, not diagnosis or intervention.

Neither SpiderMeka Portraits, LLC nor the Owner is responsible for:
-
technical issues caused by your device or internet provider

Shipping delays or mail carrier issues are outside the control of SMP.

Lost or damaged bonus items may be replaced at the discretion of SMP.
10. Testimonials & User Content
